This award-winning product of Electomech has revolutionized
the Toroidal coil winding industry by its impeccable performance
and feasibility to wind cores for energy meter coils. The
complex design of the machine associated with the shrude
backup of Electromech’s indigenously developed controllers
collectively outclasses any other scheme of winding arrangement
for the similar coils. This machine to adhere with the wide
range of wire gauges has been bifurcated into two models
of operation viz slider type and Belt type.
Slider type accomodable for wire range 0.05 to 0.20. The
modified version of shuttle and the use of plastic slider
make the winding of thinner dia wires with high precession
and very rapid pace. The belt type version of the machine
is designed to obtain quality winding of the cores with
thicker wires of 0.2 to 1.0mm. The considerable torque required
to obtaine the desired finish in the winding quality is
supported by the belt and unique arrangement of motor to
shuttle co-ordination channel.
