This is a high productive machine for linear winding application. The winding setup includes facility for winding 4 coils at a time. The wire spools and tensioners units that are mounted on top of the machine make the machine highly space conscious. The winding of coils can take place at the optimum 9000rpm and most conveniently used ranges lies from 0.015mm to 0.5mm. This machine requires the winding parameters (viz size or bobbin, gauge of wire) to be specially verified with the specifications of machine in order to attain proper winding.
